If the model selected isn't in stock, we will email you about most updated lead time and estimated date for dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We’re making shopping with us simple. We offer Standard Free International Shipping on all of our guzhengs with below shipping options. These however don't suit for every country and you will find out shipping options eligible for yours when you fill in your address during checkout.
Contact us if you don't find your country listed or are not able to place an order. We can delivery our products to almost every country in the world.

Please note some of Zhuque (Scarlett Bird) guzhengs may require pre-orders. Their lead time of production can take 4-10 weeks from an order being placed. Contact us to find out the latest stock status if you want to order a Zhuque guzheng.
Please allow some extra days to receive your order during or after busy periods (sales, events, public holidays) or in unexpected situations.
We try to cover import duties and taxes for you where we can but it may not work for every country or shipping method. Import duties and taxes are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Guzheng World is not responsible for these charges unless you see them stated included in the shipping method section during checkout. If not and the charges are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available on some models if they are in stock in our London shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
